Their purpose is to help a group of believers with a building project. Cory called me Wed. night and reported they made it there and were all doing well! He said all of them rode in the back of a pickup from the airport and then got to eat breakfast and see a few sights. It sounds like they were all working on their sunburns by the end of the first day! They started the "real work" today (Thurs). Cory said the Oaxaco people are amazing and he can already tell that he is going to come home so very blessed from this awesome opportunity!
I am so thankful these awesome men from our church got to go! I am praying for them to have a perfect time and for God to use them for His purpose down there in Mexico! I also pray for them to come home refreshed and renewed in their faith! This trip wasn't "just for the Oaxaco people."
Today was alright, although i got sicker than a dog and decided to come home, i only slept for like ever omfg, but i guess i feel a little better. But there is this guy right (there is always this one guy,LOL) and i like him, but for social reasons i don't think i could go out with him even though i like him. And today at school he seen how sad i looked and how bad i felt, "you gotta wake up or else i am going to pick you up and shake you all over the place!" and he did, like five times and yes it woke me up and he is so strong lol omfg. I dont think i used to give him as much credit as he deserves, but hes getting it now and he doesn't even know it!!
Its friday and I have about 45 min left at work. Tonight I am going home and relaxing. Roomate is gone for the weekend and since i am pretty new up this way I dont have many people to hang out with. My friends all live well over 2hrs away and the past few weekends everyone has been driving up here so it looks like a quiet weekend and working. Tomorrow I have to work but the good deal is i am getting paid overtime.. I seriously cant remember the last time I ever worked on a weekend. I think it was when me and megan tried to get jobs at some hardware store and our first day we were both late to training. I think i got so drunk the night before that I woke up 2 hrs past my alarm and I think I only kept that job for about a week because it was a 2nd job and working on weekends is not somthing i want to do. But this weekend is an exception only because I really love this job and working on weekends and getting paid is ok with me. Just as long as its not an every weekend thing and plus sunday I have some training thing going on for work also so for once in a long time I wont be doing anything that involves drinking this weekend. And i am kinda happy about that.
Dont know why but i have been having dreeams of my x and this past week ive been looking at his journal online. He has livejournal and I would of started one on there but I wanted somthing nobody knew of so I could write without many people reading. Anyways its weird to read his journal and even going back a whiles like 2 to 3 yrs back when we were actually dating. Just weird to read that kinda stuff but good at the same time just brings back crazzy memories.
Well its allmost time for me to leave and my boss is freaking out. Write more later.
